During this Pilates mat class, we take a reformer workout and bring it to the mat for you! This 40-minute full body, low impact workout will challenge your body and mind and leave you with that Pilates glow.... (sweat?) As always, do what you can! Pause, stop or modify when you need to!

Equipment is not necessary for this workout but is suggested:
- Pilates ball (or paper plate, sliding discs, or even a child's bouncy ball will do)
- 2-3lb weights (or wine bottles or water bottles - get creative!)
- yoga mat (or towel, blanket, or just the floor)
